Received great service from Bill and his partner! They arrived in a timely manner, made an assessment of my smelly hot water and recommended a new water heater. The old, filled with sediment water heater was removed and  A new water heater was delivered all within a hour or so.  Not only was everything completed expeditiously, but the team was extremely professional and courteous from beginning to end!!

On the 6th day in our new (old) house, we had a spigot bust on the back of the house. Kade and James were here an hour early, got us close to our quote, and did phenomenal work. They were kind, professional, and hard working. We will absolute use Mr. Rooter again.

Bill Chrisman was great.  He was on time, presentable, knowledgeable, and got the job done right.  He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to repair my leaking pipe before lunch ;-) I recommend The Mr Rooter Waco location and will be using them in the future.  Thanks Bill.

Had to make an emergency call at 5:30am after another service did not pick up the phone... And am I ever happy that was the case. These guys, Bill Chrisman and his colleague Chaston, were able to make an extremely timely visit each to assist in showing the city where the problem was outside of my property. While I would have absolutely used their company to assist with the repair procedure, we saved a good chunk of money because they were honest and hard working on our behalf. Highly recommend this team to work with you in any situation.

Jake is outstanding.  His work was is extremely  professional and he came out same day and it has held up over time.  Not to mention even when we had problems arise later on same delivery.  I have never encountered a home owner issue dealt with such promptness and INTEGRITY.  an exceptional employee that makes me always refer mr rooter when plumbing issues are brought up among coworkers or friends.   Forever customer to them due to him and Mari.

We had a sewage clog that backed up our shower drains and toilets. Luckily for us Kelvin came out to save the day. He had to run a snake through our sewer line and also scoped it, had to pull up a toilet as well but troubleshooted everything and was so polite and professional. Plumbing issues are always a huge hassle with so much unknown, it was so nice to have someone take care of us that was transparent with all costs and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Thanks again Kelvin!

Thanks to my technician named Brayden, he fixed my problem.  He made sure that up coming holiday would not be ruined by plumbing issues.  He even stayed late!!  I would highly recommend this company and this technician.

Woke up to a broken water line inside the wall behind the washing machine. Called at 8:00, spoke to an amazing representative and, despite them being short handed to flu and covid,  I had someone out by 12:00. The plumber was friendly, professional, thorough. After having horrible experiences with plumbers in the past that left me worried about the quality of work (this leak being part of that), this visit left me grateful for finding a reputable and professional service.

John and Kade were outstanding--professional, punctual, friendly, and they explained everything to keep us informed. It turned into a bigger job than I think any of us expected and they stuck with it until the job was done. Overall, we were very please.

Braden came right on time to check out my faucet. He knocked on the door (doorbell is broken), and was immediately pleasant and helpful. He explained the process to me, and worked quickly and cleanly. I will definitely request that he returns if we need any other plumbing work.

I just spoke with them over the phone about a leak that is happening. As I live in an apartment complex they are not able to assist but they helped alleviate some fears of issues with the electrical. Who ever I spoke with on the phone was extremely kind, helpful and informative. I will for sure be using their services if I am ever in need when I purchase my home in the near future. Thank you so much!

Easy to contact. Prompt scheduling.  Technicians (primary was Bill; secondary was Braden) were right on time for the appointment.  Work done with skill. Additional not-known helpful info provided.  Very satisfied customer here!

We want to say thank you to our fabulous Mr. Rooter plumbers Jake & Darrin.  They were professional and went above and beyond to complete a complex job.  Jake worked with our local city water department to make sure this complex job could be approached and completed well, despite obstacles that arose in our small rural town.  We will use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Called Mr. Rooter for a draining problem for my kitchen sink , my technician Braden W. came out and took care of the problem. He was professional and informative. He also had no problem taking a look at a plumbing issue I had in the bathroom. He went above and beyond in his work and to explain to me everything that was going on. I really appreciate it thanks Braden!

This evening we had a plumbing issue that left us without water, within an hour we had a plumber at our door. The plumber, Braden, was awesome. It was a bit of a tricky job thanks to myself not knowing what I was doing, but Braden did an awesome job of sorting us out. He was professional, quick, and very courteous in our home. These guys are great!

I had a broken toilet that I decided to replace with a new one. There were some issues with the installation. Each time being upset when I called the office, the receptionist was very polite, professional, and calmed me down. She asked my schedule and had a plumber on call to meet my schedule. The plumber did some repair work on the installation and after another visit because I observed a leak he found the leak and fixed it to my satisfaction. The plumber who did the final work was very professional and had a very good sense of humor all of which made me feel very comfortable. In all, my experience with this company was positive. If I had any complaints it would be with the expense of installing a new toilet. But I must say they never charged me for any return visit and in all they fix my issues and I am comfortable with the installation of the toilet.

I called Mr. Rooter for help with a water heater repair and I could not be happier with the results. Bill and Braden were amazing and made a very difficult situation much better and delivered some not great news about my plumbing in a way that made me feel well informed. They helped me evaluate my options for services and payment and tried their best to help me keep costs down. They truly went above and beyond to help me as a new home owner encountering plumbing issues.

Just want to thank James and Mr. Rooter for the amazing job he did on cleaning out our drain. The prior tenants evidently poured all their grease down same.  He was professional,  Knowledgeable  and yet friendly as well.   He explained so that I could understand what all had happened.   Excellent work  and service.  Am now able to use my brand new washing machine  without the flooding in the laundry room. THIS  resident of Cedar Grove Park appreciates All that you guys do!  Thanks again!!!
